The kitchen of Altmõisa Guesthouse mainly caters for our guests who come for seminars or training courses as well as individual hikers and groups.

The operation principle of our summer café and the rest of the facility during other seasons is that if we are open, no-one will turn around and leave hungry. We do not run a classical restaurant, and meals for large groups need to be ordered in advance.

We serve simple honest food, but like showing off our cakes, for example. We have been cooking more and more on the spot, trying to make as much of our assortment ourselves as possible, including bread and rolls, pastries, pickles, jams, ice-cream, juice, and much more.

We run a small production facility: wheat and rye bread made from locally produced flour, other baked goods, granola, etc. Our goods are available for purchase at the guesthouse and through the ‘OTT’ producer-to-consumer network.

We also organize various cooking workshops.
