Hiiu Gourmet is a small producer in Hiiumaa. We put the tastes of Hiiumaa's forest into the tea bags and Love for Hiiumaa into a jar. Flavor mixes and salts get interesting nuances from beach junipers and seaweed.

Our products are available for purchase from Hiiumaa, so that you can remember these wonderful moments of your visit later by nibbling on the sauna chocolate or munching on blueberry-lavender jam with cheese.

We have many different products, in order to make it easier to decide, we also do workshops, where you can try or mix different tastes yourself.
We come and do workshops, where is most convenient for the group.
