White Guide is a regional restaurant guide that greatly influences cooking art and restaurant culture development in Scandinavia. The guide tells about quality, and its aim is to help food connoisseurs to navigate among top-level restaurant making the right decisions.
The method of White Guide Nordic was first used to assess Estonian restaurants in 2015.
Now based on the assessment results the best Estonian restaurants are divided into the following categories:
