Everything necessary for cooking is local and domestic and all cooking and baking is done on living fire.
The local-domestic ingredients automatically mean a dependence on the seasons. That’s why we can’t offer crunchy green salad or fresh fruits in wintertime, yet we can serve more filling taproot plants and meats, and the strawberry compote we prepared during the summer season.
