Restaurant is run by two professional foodies – a chef and a sommelier. It was their dream come true to own their very own restaurant. The restaurant is called Leib for a reason. The name reflects their values, meaning something homely, fresh, simple and warm. Good bread is always made with passion.
The dishes are composed of mainly local ingredients. Restaurant works with local farmers, butchers and fishermen. The concise menu allows the chefs to work with only fresh ingredients.
