We bake rustic sour dough rye and wheat bread as well as serve meals in a small café.

Our workshops will teach you to make rustic sour dough rye and wheat bread in a kneading trough.

Upon request, we bake oven-bottom rye bread, spelt bread with seeds, salty carrot wheat bread and sweet cardamom wheat bread. Sometimes we also make flatbreads and slab pies.

There is a small café, which can also provide homely meals for groups up to 45 people upon booking in advance.
