A certified organic produce, Karepa medicinal plant gardens is where you will find a variety of organic herb salts, herbal teas and meals packed with herbs.
We cook with organic ingredients and the produce of our own farm. Our specialty is using herbs in our dishes: there are nettle and caraway flatbreads, “forest-flavoured” pork roast, “witch’s soup” and many more delicious options. For example, in spring our menu contains various dishes with ground elder, nettle, and willowherb. When creating desserts, we boldly use flowers and wild berries.
Our drinks menu includes, for instance, meadowsweet drink, fir needle smoothie, and various teas and berry drinks.
We produce certified organic herb salts and herbal teas ourselves.
In addition, we organize workshops and classes on using plants for food, for flavoring and as medicines.
