Ants Uustalu, the owner and head chef of Ööbiku Gastronomy Farm, serves an unique five-course meal every night, prepared with produce from local farmers and seasonal pickings from the nearby forests. Although the menu is same for everyone, we are considerate of people with allergies or special dietary needs.
