We just love ice cream. We like any fresh food cooked from scratch, but our hearts and passion belong to ice cream, this amazing icy temptation, which very few manage to resist.
Our recipe is very simple. Everything we use is provided by pure nature. There are no trans fats, E numbers, stabilisers or jackfruit flour in our ice cream. We are artisans and make everything from scratch, like it used to be done in old times. We heat the milk, whip egg yolks, add berry puree made from what grows in our garden, chocolate or caramel, some vegetable juices (for instance, beetroot) and other amazing flavours and combinations that we know and feel.
