Guests can experience exciting workshops that broaden horizons and taste local berries and fruits.
Open: all year round, Monday through Friday, 10:00—15:00, workshops need to be booked in advance
Workshop I: Plants as food and other uses (jams, juices, functional products, using natural colours and additives, making ice cream, cosmetics).
Workshop II: Tasting fruit and berries grown in Polli Horticultural Centre, introducing new varieties from plant breeding, application of different farming technologies, impact on quality, doing simple analyses (vitamin C, acids, solid contents etc).
Workshops take place with prior reservation.
Depending on the season, berries, apples, cherries, plums and pears are sold fresh and frozen on site.
